I LOVE our vegetables. They make cooking an almost spiritual experience. These are all fresh, less than a day or so from the fields, and there isn't a speck of wax on them. Yum.

a veritable rainbow of produce! lovely capture!
We just cooked up the last of our broccoli and cauliflower, harvested with the new snow still on it. From stalk to dining room table in less than an hour. I agree with you. There's nothing like the taste of fresh food. Love the vital color of this photograph.
Beautiful! Look at the colours!
yes...Yummmy! And i'm sure the price is the same...unlike the organic produce here where we have to pay a steeper price...it discourages us from eating healthy.
But then again, no matter how healthy we eat, when GOD calls us home, home sweet home it is!
oh - geez - my mouth is watering!
The little oranges and lemons in Egypt are the best!
Thank you so much for sharing your photo. I was wondering if I could use this picture as an image for an article I'm writing about the importance of local living for my blog?
The colors of the image are just delicious.
Thanks again,
Crystal
