Riding near the Black Pyramid at Dahshur is an amazing experience any time, but yesterday was one of those crystal clear days with high rain clouds passing by. Truly incredible.

I love when clouds are low and heavy like that. Ditto on loving your shadow in the corner too. All the way in Colorado, I heard about people wanting to hold ceremonies at the pyramids on 11/11/11 and the government closing them off for the day. Did anything more happen with that, or did closing them down do the trick?
