Early Spring Mimosa

We haven't really had a winter, unless you count a random hail storm last Thursday. The temperatures have been in the April range all of January and February. This gorgeous mimosa tree in full bloom on the road along the road by the lakebed at Dahshur is eloquent testimony to the off-season warmth. Photo by the Photography Elf...I'm on a horse.

Excellent photo, about the time I think this is all very moved everywhere, because everything is getting dangerous, with heavy rain in places where there are commonplace, 8.8 earthquakes etc, nothing that a good horse riding is not helping forget. Congratulations friend, sending images that go around the world

What an enormous tree! The people on horseback appear to be wearing jackets so perhaps it is not too warm. Where are the legs of the man on the cart? Stretched out before him?

That's about the only place he could put his legs on a donkey cart. And it was a bit chilly.
